2300 Sutter St Parking Garage:
*The garage entrance is located on Scott St right next to the building’s main entrance* (across the street from the tennis club)
The garage has two entrances
- The PUBLIC entrance is the (left door) entrance and exit for clients.
- The other entrance (right door) is private access for the physicians of the medical offices in the building and is not open for public parking. The garage door on this side remains closed.
How to enter:
The public entrance is open from 8am to 5pm. To enter the garage, drive up to the arm about half way up the entryway and follow the instructions on the sign located on the left hand wall, “call to enter”, to raise the arm and find a parking spot.
You will receive a text with a link to set up an account/provide a payment method to pay for parking in the garage. You will not be charged until you exit the garage. The cost is $6/hour.
When you go to exit the garage; drive up to the arm, dial the number again to raise the arm to drive out. The payment method you added will be charge for time you were in the garage.
Street parking: there is free 2 hour parking along the streets near by and a few metered spots around the block
White Zone: there is a passenger loading zone/white zone out front for patient drop offs and pick -ups
